Pre-conquest origin with long-and-short quoins at north-west angle of nave. Rebuilt in C13 and C14. North and south aisles with renewed Perpendicular window, the north windows with straight heads, the south aisle with embattled parapet. C13 two bay north arcade with round piers and capitals with abaci and double-chamfered asiles. Early C14 three-bay south arcade with octagonal piers and sunk-quadrant mouldings. Third bay to east is C19. Truncated chancel. C15 two storeyed south porch with window above entrance flanked by niches. Early C14 west tower with diagonal buttresses to belfry height, embattled parapet, two-light bell-openings with Y-tracery, and weathervane dated 1727.
