Holy Trinity is located in the hamlet of Sarn, on the north side of the A489 between Kerry and Oswestry, close to the border with England. It is a small church set in the middle of a scattered community of farms and houses which dot the surrounding hills. It was built in 1859 in Lancet style to designs of T.M.Penson. Constructed of squared rubble, the church consists of nave and short, slightly narrower chancel, south-west porch-tower with slated spire, and gabled north-east vestry. Fittings include a fifteenth-century font from the now-vanished chapel of St Michael, Gwern-y-go, alongside the present one. Stained glass in the east window is by Mayer of Munich (c.1876). https://coflein.gov.uk/en/site/420499
