19th / 20th century • High altar a large entirely plain ‘sideboard’. • Nave altar – modern open table with minimal decoration on four uprights beneath. • Lady Chapel – Plain table on castors with tall thin legs. • Side chapel - Rectangular, solid to front and sides, open back. Linenfold panelled decoration to the front and carved lettering above dedicated to George Body, priest 1913.
Reredos
19th century Bold and elaborately decorated perp reredos reaching up to the apse windows 1882. Gold, green and red.

19th century oak with entirely open tracery work, stairs with turned iron balustrade and moulded handrail
Lectern
19th century Brass eagle with clawed feet. To the Greater Glory of God/Given to the church of St Peter Bishop Auckland/In Loving Memory of Charlton Elliot Morgan by his widow and family October 1895.

19th century Octagonal stone font on plinth. Plain with inset squares. This font was presented to St Peter’s Church by the pupils of the Grammar School of King James the First, Bishop Auckland April 1875.
Rail
19th century Two sets – at high altar; brass rail with scrolled uprights. At chancel step; wooden plain rectangular rail with simple uprights and inset frieze of carved quatrefoil tracery squares.

20th century WWI memorial by Burlison and Grylls, 1922. Three east windows l-r Abraham offering Isaac, Jesus rised surrounded by uniformed soldiers, officer and a nurse, and the Crucifixion.
