Altar
The altar is a plain table of stained pine with chamfered legs.
Reredos
1894
The reredos is of Caen stone and alabaster, and has five trefoil headed panels carved in relief with lilies, wheat, grapes and passion flowers; there is a cross of white marble attached to the middle panel and the cresting above is of alabaster.
Pulpit
The pulpit is a hexagon of stained pine.
Lectern

The lectern is a brass eagle brought from St. James, Holloway, in 1948
Font (object)
The font has an ovoid circular bowl on a drum and four colonettes; the bowl is decorated with stiff-leaf foliage in relief and has the heads of a bishop and others on trefoiled arches. The cover, with an oak spire of dumpy proportions decorated with brass crockets and suspended on a counterweight, was provided in 1909, probably by Jones and Willis.
Organ (object)
The organ was bought second-hand in 1852 for the church. It had been built by J.C. Bishop for the Choral Harmonists and placed in the London Tavern; from there it had moved to the Baker Street Bazaar until being purchased by the church in 1852 for £204. It was rebuilt in 1882 but had to be rebuilt again in 1914 when, at a cost of £382.
