Altar
The altar is a panelled frame of oak.
Reredos
1935
The reredos is also of oak, in a late Perpendicular style with traceried panels in a lower register and carved and polychrome figures in the upper under traceried canopies. There are wings at each side with pierced tracery. The two centre panels (one above the other) are left blind to show up the cross, and in a smaller panel at the top is a figure of Christ blessing. The other four figures are the Four Archangels.
Pulpit
c.1881
The pulpit is probably by Paley and Austin, since it is a shape which they liked to use, rectangular on plan with pillars at the corners and the front curving shallowly between. Here it is of alabaster with octagonal pillars at the corners of serpentine, and small geometrical motifs along the top and bottom of the front are inlaid with polished local marbles. Between these is a relief of The Sermon of The Mount.
Lectern
1879
The lectern is a brass eagle of mediaevalistic design on a pillar with many rings and octagonal projections, with three crouching lions at the foot.
Font (object)
The font has a tapering heptagonal bowl with two rows of the recessed panels between roll mouldings, the lower plain and the upper with quatrefoils and tracery designs.
Organ (object)
1880
The organ is by Forster and Andrews of Hull.
