Reredos
20th century Carved oak tripartite reredos with architectural surround enclosing four tiers of carved panels, the middle one containing figures of the Evangelists on each side of the Crucifixion. Panelling continues around the sanctuary walls. Good quality, presented in 1926. Simpler carved reredos in north chapel.
Pulpit
20th century Limestone pulpit, of one build with the chancel arch; moulded and carved cornice and panels. Given in 1912.
Lectern
20th century Brass eagle, with brass lion feet.
Font (component)
20th century Octagonal stone font with carved bowl panels, given 1914. Good oak cover with scrolled handles.
Stained Glass (window)
20th century Stained glass of the 1920’s by Shrigley & Hunt and other later windows, as follows: • East window by Shrigley & Hunt, the Life of Christ. • North aisle window by Shrigley & Hunt, War memorial to Pte Duckworth, killed in France in 1916; he is depicted as a knight in armour, and kneeling before Christ. • North chapel east window by Shrigley & Hunt, the risen Christ and St John. • Eastern window south aisle by Shrigley & Hunt, First World War Memorial with Warrior saints (see war memorials below). • Baptistery window by Shrigley & Hunt, Christ’s baptism by John. • North aisle window by Abbot & Co of Lancaster, c 1950, the Feeding of the 5000. Given in memory of the first vicar Alexander Wilson MA, vicar 1908-50.

20th century Two manual pipe organ by Cyril Wood of Ashton-under-Lyne, 1965. Not functional.
